Neighborhood dining doesn't get much better than at this simple corner spot that's so tiny you can hear them cooking your meal. The big draws here are the crab and seafood, although other specialties shouldn't be over looked. For a flavor-packed meal order  the stir fried crab, the Vietnamese crepe that's sublime, and the fresh and crisp Goi Cuon rice paper rolls.
